Seeking Graduate Student Book Reviewers for Economic Botany

Hello everyone!

Wendy Applequist, the book review editor for Economic Botany, has asked that we get a student book review program going to correspond with the journal’s student reviewer program.

She has a fairly diverse selection of books available for review at the moment. The newly posted list is available at:

Wendy will go through every review and suggest minor or major edits– so if someone isn’t sure how to write a good review, the opportunity to work with an editor to develop that skill will be there. It’s also a minor CV line and a free book.

I encourage anyone who would like to review one of the listed books to contact Wendy (wendy.applequist@mobot.org) right away!
